From my first inquiry call to the call I got today (to make sure everything went well with our move out) the Self Storage of Louisa staff was top notch!!! They were friendly, helpful, and super responsive. The facilities are very, very clean, well lit, and they have magnets to hold the doors open so it’s one less thing to think about when moving in and out. I felt truly valued as a customer and I highly recommend using Self Storage of Louisa for your storage needs!!! They have a great referral program too! Wonder establishment, units are clean as is the property. Staff is very grown and helpful. Buildings and grounds are very well lit. I can go drop off or pick up stuff from our unit at night a feel safe .

Louisa Self Storage is amazing. I moved my office from Richmond and was in need of a very large storage unit and truck. I stopped by and talked to Kaydence who was very pleasant and knowledgeable and signed a lease on the spot. I was so happy we chose LSS.

I currently rent two units at self storage of louisa and I could not be happier with the facility. The facility is always very clean and is behind a lock gate with key pad entry. The number one thing that the place has going for it is the woman Kadence that runs the facility. She is always has a great additude and answers the phone on the first ring. If you have to leave a message because she is with a customer, she calls you right back after she is done. The company is beyond lucky to have her running that facility.
